Poor Asha Towel head lol!

He was just so embarassed that he actually stepped landed in the death and still only managed to run 5th! Rolling Eyes

Could have something to do with the fact that he is hack weight not race weight!! Razz

Scott wants to get into him and work him harder but i want him fatter for Greenbank show ......................talk about a dilema!!! ( i think Scott might win only cause the prize money at Greenbank wont pay for his feed)

Thanks for the kind words James- I have thoroughly enjoyed the last three weeks and can't wait to step behind the binoculars again at Toowoomba.

A couple of sensations for the day with the $1.70 Favourite Cadbury Hill galloping out and Sutton jumping to the front and leading all the way from the 10m line.

Melton Royal Bonny was the cause of the start being delayed by bending both gig shafts....picture above. It later lead from the second line with Madelena Magic basically wiping out most of the field whilst the good little standing start mare Blue Johanna Road led the field early.

A good win by Gotta Win One in race 3 who crossed the face of the field to lead from gate 5 and lead all the way. Interesting to note that James was the only one to pick a placegetter out of this race in our tipping comp!!!

A treble was scored by the John McMullen camp, winning with Rocky Rogue, Jeans Promise and Melton Royal Bonny.

Look out for my form comments in the Rocklea racebook from next week!!

I was happy with the way my pair went at AP sat night...Torida Skippa went really nice...last 1/4 28.2 beaten 16, but a long way off at the bell..and wide.

Be interesting this Saturday to see how the Wagga bred Genghis River goes in its first start in the 2YO event.
Out of the same mare as Upward Ever Upward (favourite for this Saturday's Albury Cup) it might go well early as did its half brother.
